How do I bid?
The 2023 Auction is all online!
Bidding on ALL items will close at 9:00 p.m. Eastern on Friday, October 13 – Gala Evening.
It's similar to an Ebay auction -- you can place an opening bid or a maximum bid, and you'll receive notifications if you're outbid. Check out the wonderful items -- and get your bids in!
Insider tip: set it and forget it. Do you see an item in the auction that you really want? Through the online system, you may submit your maximum bid! If others start bidding on your “must-have” item, the auction system will automatically bid for you – up to your maximum!

Hey, I won! How do I get my stuff?
Thanks to the support of this year’s gala by members of the Center’s Board of Directors, we are offering free shipping on most items in the 2023 auctions! This is noted in an item’s description. U.S. addresses only.
Some larger items – noted at the bottom of the item’s description – will be shipped via UPS, at the expense of the winning bidder.
A few larger or particularly fragile items – noted at the bottom of the item’s description – are only available for pick-up at the Center.
After the auction, the Center will contact each winning bidder by email.

Picking up items at the Center
The Center is NOT open to the general public and is not open to drop-in visitors.
To pick up an auction item you must make an appointment with Ashlee VanArsdale, the Center’s Development Associate. Ashlee is generally available weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Ashlee will be available by appointment for auction item pick-ups starting on Wednesday, October 18. To make a pick-up appointment, contact her directly at: avanarsdale@wildlifecenter.org.
Please note: If you come by the Center without making an appointment with Ashlee, you will not be able to pick up auction items.
