Environmental Education Fees & Scheduling

As a non-profit organization, The Wildlife Center of Virginia must charge fees to support its services. PTA's, interest groups, and civic groups are often willing to sponsor programs. Fees are as follows:

Program Fees

$175   one program
$275 two programs (consecutive program)
$375 three programs (consecutive program)
$475 four programs (consecutive program)
$525 full work day (same site)

A travel fee will be added to the base fee for all programs over an hours drive from the center. This fee will range from $75-$225, depending on distance. Please call for details. Note: Travel fees can be discounted for schools or groups scheduling consecutive programs in the same area. Due to the significant increase in the price of gas, there is also an additional fee derived from the federal mileage reimbursement rate.

A fee will be charged if program requires an overnight stay; fee is dependent upon location.
